Double debited

I purchased a package for $48 today and an hour later when I requested a refund another $48 was taken out of my account which is really upsetting
Any help please ???

Okay, no worries! Our staff would be glad to help you get resolved.
Can you please check your transactions with WordPress.com, here? It is secure, and will let you know any of the transactions that has happened only with WordPress.com with your credit/debit card, or transaction id (Please don’t list any of these in our forums)
In the meantime, I’ll go ahead and tag this as Modlook, while staff can reply here, and they’ll be able to help.
I looked at your original thread, and they look similar. I wouldn’t consider it duplicate threads, but if staff say it, then that’s that.

When I made the purchase $48 was debited from my account this was at 10:45 but at 11:41 when I requested a refund another $48 went out of my account which is strange, on my billing on WordPress it shows -$48 for the refund but on my statement it’s debiting me rather then adding the money so all together I was charged $96 and now require I refund

I checked your account and the refund has already been processed on our end. Please contact your bank to inquire about the refund showing as a charge. You can reference them the transaction ID found on the refund receipt on your Billings page:
