Double Domains!!

  So I’ve started a wordpress site using their wordpress domain. They gave me the option to have another .com domain through them that I could then forward people to my word press site from.
  Trouble is, I already have that .com domain with godaddy.. So now when I search the .com site this comes up ‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.’
  Wordpress gives me no option to release the domain. What shall i do?!

  Hi dggystyl,

  I can see you purchased domain mapping for dggystyl.com, which connects that domain to dggystylcom.wordpress.com.

  So now when I search the .com site this comes up ‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found.

  I’m unable to see this error message when visiting dggystyl.com. If you haven’t so already, please try clearing your browser cache using these steps:

  WordPress gives me no option to release the domain.

  Just to confirm — do you wish to continue using dggystyl.com as the custom domain for dggystylcom.wordpress.com? Or do you need to use the domain for a site hosted elsewhere?

  Just let me know and we can go from there.
