Double Emails

  My followers are getting two identical emails when I post. I don’t hit the post button twice.

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry to hear that! I took a look at your list of followers and noticed that almost all of them are on the exact same domain, asdnet.com. Was it these followers that are getting duplicate emails, or were all followers getting them? Or some other subset?

  All followers were getting 2 emails. We’ve had this problem in the past too, it stopped for a while, but then started up again.

  Thanks for that additional information! I’ve put this in front of the developers who handle our email systems and they are going to look in to the issue.

  As soon as I get any additional information from them I’ll let you know!

  Hi there,

  One of our developers pointed out that a bug in a deployment which was run yesterday probably caused all of the duplicate emails which you experienced. That bug has been fixed and it should not happen again.

  If for some reason it does, by all means please let me know so that I can have our developers investigate further!
