Double home page, can’t fix

  So I got my blog, and the first thing I did (by accident) was deleted the home page. So then I made a new page and called it “home.” So now whenever I look at my blog I have two “home” tabs and one of them says page not found. How do I fix it?

  i have this same problem, as many people seam to have had. when i look for the home “parent” as the faq instructs it is not there. how do i remove the first “home” then? http://www.straygoosestudio.wordpress.com

  Some themes include a “Home” link/page by default. There is no way to remove the link that is included with your theme, as it is hard-coded. You may want to try browsing for another theme that does NOT include a default “home” link.
