double link when I press next page in category

Hello all.
I have unusual problem, i have page http://dnevni-list.ba/web1/ who is on wordpress platform and before few days i have unusual problem.
when I go to category all works fine for example category sport:
http://dnevni-list.ba/web1/category/sport/and on bottom of page i have arrows to switch on page 2-3-4 etc to see older posts and when i pres any of this previous pages i get error on screen:
Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /web1/http://dnevni-list.ba/web1/category/sport/page/4/ on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
and my URL looks like this:
http://dnevni-list.ba/web1/http://dnevni-list.ba/web1/category/sport/page/4/obviously I have double web address in URL and when I delete first http://dnevni-list.ba/web1/ and press enter then page 4 are displayed normal.
any clue what is messed up?

It looks like you have a self-hosted WordPress.ORG site, not a site hosted on WordPress.COM, so I’m afraid we can’t help you here. If you go to the support forum for WordPress.ORG they will be able to help you:
