double link/invisible page

  my blog, them andreas4 is showing two “homes” in the top bar but there is only one. Nothing in trash or cache so i don’t know what to do? Have to show this site to its owner at in an hour!

  Set the Homepage

  By the way, it’s not correct that your theme ” is showing two homes in the top bar but there is only one”: the second one is the static page you created while the first one is the built-in link to the blog front.

  The answer to this is that SOME themes automatically generate a front page called link Home. Andreas 04 does this so once you set it to a static front page in Reading you need to bury the link that the creation of a Home page in Page will create by setting this as a child page of one of your other pages. Yes a real 10 years ago style workaround but it works. And andreas 04 is a nice template!
