  I have double menu on my website and I can’t fix it, urgently need help!

  As has already been mentioned in your other thread, this support forum assists users with free websites hosted on the WPcom platform. What is the address of the site you need help with?

  In case you need help with a site using the open source WP software, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

  So looking at your site it is using the open source WP software rather than being hosted here on the WPcom platform.

  You’ll find support for WP sites at https://wordpress.org/support/ and you might try to contact your theme author as well.
