Double menu when placing products on webshop

  I discover a problem with my webshop for a couple of weeks now.
  When I place new products on my site the site shows the double menu.
  If you look closely you can see the button double menu is the one for mobile.
  You can see that on the toggle button on the right side next to the ‘my account’ logo.
  It is also on desktop and mobile.
  If someone have a solution for that please let me know

  I discover that the double menu also appears when I open my orders and edit/change the status of the orders.
  Hope someone can help me with this.

  More information about this case.
  When I am in the admin overview and click on display – menu’s
  Then by menu structure I click on Save menu.
  Then the page is loading for a minute and then get this message: 504 Gateway Time-out
  Site is not working for a few minutes and came online again.
