Double payment

Hi,
I just subscript to WordPress blog basic plan (SGD 60) a few day ago and I encountered these 2 issues.
1) I was charged 2 times (could be because I used 2 different email address and worpress has my credit card number and thus charged me 2x)
2) I was not given a payment reference and when I asked for assistance, the service agent kept asking me for the reference. Look, if WordPress did not provide me one, how could I ever give you the reference number? (I had called the bank in Singapore and the bank has confirmed 2 transactions of SGD 60 each were made), can WordPress not able to trace my payment from my email address(es)?It is totally ridiculous that the service agent told me he cannot help me with out the payment reference. Can you please help and do something about it?
I came to you with happiness and looking forward to have my own blog and so far my experience has been nothing but great disappointment.
