Double Payment for renewal, requesting refund

I am requesting for a refund because I accidentally made a double payment for the renewal of my account. Please see my billing history showing that I made a double payment.
The receipt numbers are:
(a) Receipt ID: 15357104

I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.

I had this issue too, I posted to a forum, except when I requested my refund it took my account back to a free plan. AND my bank charged me a $25 fee because the double payment overdrafted my account. I posted in the forums about this already but no one has got back to me. I’m about to cancel my account all together at this point.
