Double payment on a premier site purchase.

  I have a double payment on my bank account of a purchase of a premier site layout, Debut..
  please can we refund .

  Hi there!

  I only show one transaction on April 9th for the Debut premium theme on your account, which you requested a refund for on April 12th. Please note that it takes around a week for the credit to be applied to your account. The only other transaction on your account is $99 for the purchase of a Value Bundle that was made on April 4th.

  Since you requested a refund for the Debut theme, you no longer have access to the theme.

  If you do have two transactions for this purchase on your account, please find the PayPal Transaction ID for each transaction and I will be able to look into this further for you. Even if you made the purchase by credit card, since PayPal is our sole payment processor, there is a 17-digit PayPal ID number associated with each transaction, which looks something like this: 4AB111111A111111X.

  Here are some instructions on finding the PayPal transaction ID, depending on which payment method you used:

  If you can’t find the transaction ID, you could call PayPal and ask them to provide it over the phone. Their customer service number is 1-888-221-1161.
