Double Purchase

  All I wanted was to have thefallenfig.com purchase for my account, but it said my payment didn’t go through, so I tried it again, but it didn’t have ‘.com’ as an option! i only wanted one :). Can you please cancel the second purchase?

  If it has been less than 48 hours since the purchase of the domain you can cancel for a refund at wordpress.com/purchases.

  I tagged this thread for Staff as you are posting partial answers into threads or non-answers or simply tagging them for Staff when experienced Volunteers do have answers, and it seems you do not confirm the URLs and where the sites are hosted before you post.

  I multitask from my business and I strongly dislike tailgating new Volunteers and Staff wannabes and making additions or corrections. It negatively affects my experience here and my time is better spent by answering other threads

  Do not be worried please. I’m tagging this thread for a Staff follow-up.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and cancel any upgrade.

  Provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, and you see a double charge you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

  In this case please do not act on that. Please just subscribe to this thread so you are notified when Staff respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

  I can absolutely help you with that.

  Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain thefallenfig.org it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using thefallenfig.org again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.

  Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and remove the upgrade from your account.
