Double registered blog?

  My blog was double-registered for some reason. Under “My blogs” the new blog selmahadeiallafallkul.wordpress.com appears twice.

  Also: I can´t change appearance, whenever I try to enter “themes” i automatically get redirected to the blog´s dashboard.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I still have a problem with changing the appearance, i automatically get redirected to the dashboard when i try to enter “Appearance” or “Change theme”. Why is that?

  What browser and version are you using? Some people report that using Adblocker on Chrome will cause problems.

  I’m sorry you’re encountering that problem. As raincoaster mentioned, can you provide me the details of your browser (it looks like you’re using IE) and version? Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?

  Also, instead of Internet Explorer, can you try using another browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox? If you do have them downloaded already, please make sure they are up to date:

  If those browsers work, then your current browser has the problem.

  If Chrome or Firefox do not work, it is something else. In that case, please send me full details of exactly what happens.

  Hi again,

  I´ve now tried to clear cache and cookies and tried on different computers and different browsers – the result is the same.

  What happens is that I click on Themes (I´ve tried clicking from the dashboard and direcetly on “change themes” on “My blogs”). The themes-page appear for about three seconds (and I can see on the menu to the left that I´m in the right place) but then I get redirected to the dashboard page.

  I can´t find any explanation, and I don´t have this problem with my other wordpress blog on the same account. Very strange!

  Hi there,

  I’m so sorry this is happening! I see that you currently applied the Twenty Fourteen theme on the blog: selmahadeiallafallkul.wordpress.com. Which theme are you trying to change it to? I can try and see if I get the same issue you do.

  I changed the theme on my test blogs, and I’m not having this issue. Just to be sure, you are having this issue on all the computers/browsers you have tried?

  I’m having the same issue. My blog appears two times in “My blogs” and it happened twice that my blog came back to an old version of it and I had to clear my cache to get the more recent back.
