Double Scroll Bar has appeared with Chrome
-
Using Lodestar in Chrome, a double scroll bar has appeared and I cannot get rid of it. It’s fine in Firefox but appears in pages which has have a parent page. I’ve tried various lines in the Additional CSS section of the site customisation but no joy.
Please help me!

Hi there,
I checked several of your site’s pages on the latest version of Chrome and I couldn’t see a secondary scroll bar.
On which pages is this happening? Also, if you could take a screenshot of the issue it would be really helpful. You can use a service like https://snipboard.io/ to quickly grab a screenshot.
Also, note that since you’re on the Business plan you have access to our 24/7 live chat support if you prefer to resolve this issue privately and in real time.

Hi there!
Thanks for the screenshot! It appears that there’s a navigation menu block at the bottom of the page that has a drop-down menu. That drop-down menu goes outside the container, resulting in the scrollbar showing up within that area of the page.
We suggest removing that navigation menu and using the Buttons block to link to your other pages. You can copy the link to those pages one by one (Example: https://thepictureframers.co.uk/product-range/gallery-range/ ) and then paste them into two different buttons within the Buttons block.
Please note that your WordPress.com Business plan has access to real-time live chat support. If you need more help with making this change, please go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact and start a live chat with us. :)

Thank you, removing the navigation menu has resolved the issue. It’s a shame as the menu was a little more elegant than buttons. How do I share this info with the template designers or is it a WordPress author?
