doubled-charged, seeking refund but who to speak to?

  I’ve been doubled charged by wordpress but I can’t seem to find an email address to send a complaint to seek a refund – who should I email/call?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I forgot to say that you will not be able to do that until Monday:

  Support will be closed over the weekend. We will reopen on Monday morning, March 19th.
