Doubled feature image and I can’t see why

The opost linked below shows the featured image twice, unlike any of my other posts. I can’t for the life of my see why when I look at the post itself in my admin
Any ideas? Thanks

Ok, sso I went in to the post and removed the 1 image that showed there, and it’s corrected the issue.
However I guess I don’t understand the new way that wordless works because I can’t work out where the image that’s left had been uploaded or how to add a feature image to my next post. Can someone explain?
I just added the picture in a block which is the one that I have removed. Yes there is still a featured image left?
