Doubt regarding a link in the clicks widget in stats page

    Why is there a link to someone else’s WordPress account on my clicks widget in my stats page? That link looks suspicious as well. However, I didn’t click on it. I monitor everything that goes on my website and I don’t have that user as my follower and neither has that user commented on my posts or appeared on my blogroll. What is going on? Can someone explain :/ I am puzzled!
