doubts about the domain change

  Good afternoon,
  I’ve just changed the name of my domain. I want to keep all previous content, could you clarify me if I’m not wrong? To avoid conflicts with my followers could you recommend me to delete the previous domain?

  Hi there,

  You can definitely change the address of your site and this will not have any impact on the content of the site. There are two ways to do it:

  1. Register or map a custom domain name to your site.
  2. Change the blog address at My Site > Domains > Edit Site Address.

  When you change the address using one of these methods, followers who visit the old address will be redirected to the new one.
