Doubts when hiring panel of hospefagem WordPress!

    Good Morning!
    Hope you’re doing good.

    I would like to contract the hosting platform ‘WordPress.br’.
    I need to know how the platform works and if I will be supported regarding the following matters:
    • Corrupted / damaged files
    • errors in site functionality
    • Plugins installations that present errors
    • access to mysql database
    • Access to FTP sites
    • administrative panel

    I’ve had some issues with these topics with the last hosting platform

    Hi there, did you mean you’d like to use WordPress.com?

    Sites hosted on our servers don’t have direct FTP or mySQL access. You’ll just use the WordPress interface, and if you have our Business plan you can use plugins as well: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    We take care of files and errors, as well as backups and support, for the sites on our servers. Since outside plugins and themes significantly complicate our maintenance work, we only allow those with our Business plan or higher: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
