Down Grade Premium Account

  Hi, I want to down grade my premium account. I still want to have a domain thru you guys. I just don’t want to pay the $99. I am on a 14 day free trial. How can I down grade my account?

  Hello there!

  In order to cancel your Premium upgrade, you can click Store → My Upgrades in your site’s Dashboard. Then click Cancel and Refund under the Premium upgrade. Because you haven’t yet registered a domain name, it’s all right to cancel the whole package for a full refund.

  Then, you can add your domain name and mapping individually. When you’re ready you can click Store and the Add a Domain. Follow those instructions and you’ll be billed separately for that upgrade.
