  Hello,
  In Octobre 2022, I subscribed for a ‘Premium’ (96 euros for 1 year). My website was online.

  Then in Februray 2023, I purchased a “Business” plan (I paid 273,60€ for 1 year).

  But after a few days, I realised it was not a good idea, so I canceled my plan (in France we have 14 days to cancel this kind of purchases) I got the refund, that’s the good news.

  But the bad news is that I lost all my plans !! According to https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/, I should go back to my former “Premium” plan (which I have paid for 1 year !)

  So now the situation is that my site is on “private” mode, and I can’t publish it, eventhough I paid 96€ in october 2022.. and I can’t even send a message to the support team :(

  Can you reactivate the “premium” plan, please ?

  I’ve reverted your site to your former Premium plan with its original expiration date. I have also set the previous domain connection back up. If you did NOT want to use that domain again, please let us know and we can help you sort it out.
