Hi, I upgraded my account, it didn’t do what I need it to and I need to cancel it before I’m charged the $100 annual fee for something that literally WILL NOT do what I need it to. I didn’t see a way to do this myself so I’m writing in for support. Thank you for your help!

I removed the Premium free trial from your account, so you will not be charged for it.
Do you mind if I ask what you needed on your site that Premium didn’t allow?
