Downgrade from business plan

  Is there any way to downgrade from Business to Personal? Right now, only Business and eCommerce have the ‘Upgrade’ button. Thanks

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

  Yes, we can help with preparing the site to downgrade to Personal. Your site was on the Business plan and it has features (such as plugins) that are only available on the Business plan and higher. Before you can downgrade, we must revert the site back to the point when you installed your first plugin or custom theme.

  This process will remove all plugins and custom themes (if any), as well as any content added through them, and you will no longer be able to add plugins or custom themes to this site unless you upgrade again in the future.

  We can import some of the content (such as posts, pages, media, comments, etc) that were added to your site during this time. It will take us some time if you want to preserve the supported content on your site.

  Please let us know if you would like to proceed with this process and whether you would like to preserve any content (only pages, posts, and media) added while on the Business plan.

  Yes, please downgrade the site to Personal. If you can preserve the content, that would be great. I have also exported the data, so hopefully it’ll be easy to import everything back in, if you cannot preserve the content.
