Downgrade from Business plan not successful

    I wanted to downgrade from Business plan to Personal so I waited as instructed to expire but now I cannot choose Personal plan. Can you please help? THanks

    Hey @chorpotothecore, looks like your site needs to be downgraded manually. Could you confirm you’d like to downgrade by acknowledging these potential pitfalls?

    • Plugins and third-party themes will be lost and can no longer be used
    • The reverted site may revert to using the old theme
    • The site will be private at first so you can fix any issues before launching again
    • We’ll do our best to migrate any content over, but there is some potential for loss, as any custom content created by plugins and themes may not be carried over

    If needed, you can make a backup of the site first. Then respond here and we can help you get downgraded properly. Thanks!
