Downgrade from business plan to premium plan

  Since it’s billed yearly…. once you select a plan then you can’t change it until a year later? or you can change it anytime w/out a fee? Let’s say if I pay for the business plan and like to downgrade to premium… is there a fee and can I do it anytime? Thanks.
