Downgrade from Business to Premium

    As stated in thread’s title, I’d want to downgrade my blog’s plan from Business to Premium. I haven’t found a way to do it by myself, so I guess it’s a staff’s duty.
    Let me know if I must do something.

    Hi there,

    Are you aware that as a Plan owner you have access to live chat and priority email support via https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/refundsaccount-terminations ? There should have been a pop-up telling you this when you attempted to post in the forums as well. You can get help much faster that way :)

    I see your Business Plan expires in a month’s time. Do you want to contact us closer to expiration so you can still use it for this last month, or should I go ahead and make the switch now?
