Downgrade from business to Premium

  Hi I recently turned off auto renew but want to move my site from Business to Premium.

  Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  I should say I was Business. My auto renew turned off now means I’m on free but its not letting me not upgrade to Premium. Thank you.

  Hi @hailshamhockeyclub, no problem; we just need to get that site downgraded properly first. The business plan let you add outside themes and plugins, and those will need to be removed first: essentially we’ll revert those aspects of the site to what they were before you added your first outside code.

  It’s rare, but possible that you may also lose other changes and content you’ve made since adding them. Can you confirm this is fine with you? If you need anything from the site, please export the site and media first:
