Hey there,
We can certainly help with the downgrade from the WordPress.com Business plan to the WordPress.com Premium plan.
As you mentioned, your plugins will be removed if you downgrade. I noticed you are running a few plugins like Google’s Site Kit, Ultimate Blocks, and MailPoet. These would be removed, along with any content that’s been added via those plugins. It will go back to what the site was like before the upgrade to the WordPress.com Business plan.
Out of curiosity, why are you looking to downgrade? I’m wondering if I can offer some advice and help that’ll cause minimal disruption to the site?

Yes, I’m fine with all that. I don’t really need all those that you mentioned. Please proceed with the downgrade. Thanks.

Hey there,
Thanks for reaching back out with that confirmation.
I’ve taken a look at the account and it looks like the purchase is 20 days past the refund window, so a refund would not be possible after the downgrade.
If you wish, we can keep things as they are, and switch off auto-renewal, so that you make use of the plan for the rest of the term, or we can downgrade the site, and adjust the renewal of the WordPress.com Premium plan to 2025-07-05 to cater for that spend.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Oh. In that case, I’ll just wait for the plan to expire then and decide whether I want to stay on the business plan or not. Thank you!

Hey there
No problem! For now, I’ve enabled auto-renewal for you, this can also be seen here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.
I hope this helps!
Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
