Downgrade from Business to Premium Plan

  Hello,

  Yesterday I signed up for a trial version of the Business Plan. I have decided that the Premium plan would best fit my current situation. When I attempt to cancel the trial Business plan, I am brought to a screen where I have to pay for the domain registration.

  From what I have read, the domain registration is included in the Premium plan. I therefore to not want to pay for the registration and then again for the Premium plan.

  How can I downgrade from Business to Premium without having to pay for the domain?

  I also signed up for Google Apps. I am having a difficult time confirming that my request was processed.

  Is it possible to confirm that I successfully registered for Google Apps?

  Two things. I just got charged for premium plan, but since we have already moved to a self hosted WordPress, I won’t be needing it. I understand I should have removed it before. Although, I feel like asking can I get a refund? if not, can I get it downgraded to free plan and still enjoy the premium features for the paid period(Dec, 2015)? If yes, can you help me downgrading to the free plan from premium plan?

  I’ve removed your WordPress.com Premium Plan and refunded the associated charge, as requested. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
