  I want to down grade and get refund. My business plan features are not working well

  Thank you for letting us know you’re having issues with the business plan. Perhaps you can tell us exactly what feature is not working the way you want and we can help you sort it out?

  As for downgrading, you have 14 days to get a refund, or we can help you drop to a lower plan at your renewal date. Read this article to find out more about the process:

  Hi @raymondimafidon1 I can downgrade the site and refund but this will mean that all plugins will be removed, and the site will be reverted to the backup we have (on 4/08) for your site just as it existed prior to the upgrade.

  This can mean that content you added since upgrading will be lost. Do you need to save anything to your computer before we proceed? Thanks for confirming.
