Downgrade from Business to Premium plan

How can I downgrade from business plan to premium plan? I found I don’t need the more expanded plan for what I’m doing.

Hi! We can downgrade it from our side.
This will remove any third-party themes or plugins you’ve added. You may also lose other changes and content you’ve made since adding them, so can I recommend getting a backup first? You can use this:

Removing a site from business hosting is something that can be a bit complicated as it often involves removing plugins, themes, and other additions that are not permitted on sites under our Premium Plan.
For this reason you are not able to downgrade yourself, but will need staff assistance.
To that end I see that you were able to contact Business site support via live chat, and a member of the team has queued up your site for downgrading. They will reply to you via email (not this thread) when it is finished, thanks.
