Downgrade from Premium

Hi,
Recently restored a lapsed domain and seem to have gone premium somehow when we were on personal before. Is it possible to downgrade our plan to personal and send on a refund?

Thanks nixiack8, I think we should be OK with the downgrade though. Although we did transfer two other blogs to that account recently… but that shouldn’t matter should it?

Sure thing! Each site has to have its own plan, the sweeneyassessors.com domain with your initial query should not interfere with the others in that regard and vice versa.
The only thing I can think of is if either of the others had a Premium plan when they transferred it might have accidentally bumped sweeneyassessors.com up, but that is not something I can see as a volunteer. The staff should be able to sort everything out to satisfaction though :)
