Downgrade from Premium to Free but Keep Domain Name

  Currently I pay for Premium site, including domain name; smileforsuccessbook.com
  How can I downgrade from a Premium to a Free site, but keep my domain name?
  I am using the ‘Responsive’ Theme.
  I would like to renew the domain name private registration, and downgrade from premium to free.
  The end result is the exact same site and domain name / URL, but under the free plan.

  the staff have said it takes 7 to 10 business days for refunds to reach your bank

  @alimiibrahim, I verified your refund was sent several days ago, so it’s probably still routing at your bank. You might give them a call. Good luck!
