Downgrade from Premium to Personal

  I have three sites which have been running as “Premium” sites and two are due for payment this month. The cost of sites has increased a lot for us in the UK (from £60 to £85). As they have never been monetarised in any way, it looks like it would be a good idea to downgrade them to Personal (which costs about £36 pa).

  According to the renew page, it looks like that would not actually change anything about the site. Is that correct, as I am looking for confirmation that no features would be lost and nothing would change such as layout, etc. As I am happy with the sites as they are and wouldn’t want anything about them to change. Thanks!

  Your plan includes direct support so I’ve sent some information about downgrading plans to the email address on your Account Settings page — we can work through the next steps there.
