Downgrade from Premium to Personal

  I would like to downgrade my plan from Premium to Personal. Please advise.

  Your plan will expire November 29, so in this case, I recommend disabling auto-renew following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#automatic-renewal

  When the plan expires, simply purchase a Personal Plan. As long as you do it within 2 days, you’ll be able to renew the attached domain as well.

  Good day, I trust this message finds you well!

  Unfortunately, letting the Premium subscription expire and then ‘renewing’ with the Personal plan did not go as planned. It only allowed my to renew Premium or upgrade otherwise it wanted to remove my domain…

  So I repurchased the Premium plan, however I would still like to downgrade to Personal with the Premium credits applied.

  Please advise
