Downgrade My Plan

  I want to downgrade my plan at renewal in Dec 2016 from Premium to Personal. I don’t see that option.

  Also, before I downgrade I want to make sure that 3 GB will be enough storage space.

  I want to confirm that you’re inquiring about thechristiansreport.wordpress.com?

  That site is only using 182 mb out of 13 gb available media storage.

  We can downgrade your account now if you like. Although, you’ve already paid to have it until the expiration in December. Or, you can send us a note when you get the first renewal email and we can do it then.

  Let me know which option you prefer :)

  Hi Liz,

  Thanks for the speedy reply. I don’t need any of the premium features, so let’s just go ahead and downgrade now. That way I don’t have to remember to do it in the future. And yes, thechristiansreport.com is the site in question.

  I’ve finished making this change. Your account now has our WordPress.com Personal Plan which is set to expire on the original date of 12-14-2016. These changes are visible to you here. On renewal, you should only be charged $35.88.
