Downgrade my plan

  Hi! If you could help me, I would like to downgrade my Premium plan to a Personal plan, but without losing my domain or data. The site I need help with is this one: https://stiribrailene.net

  Hi there!

  I see that your Premium plan expires on December 12, 2023. I can swap the plan with the Personal plan on the same date. Note that by downgrading from the Premium plan, you’ll lose access to:

  • Additional storage space
  • The ability to upload video files
  • Premium themes
  • Live chat support on weekdays
  • Custom CSS and Styles for additional design options

  Please confirm if you’d like us to downgrade the plan now.

  Hello!

  Thanks for reaching out! Someone from your staff already helped me through an e-mail. Sorry for the bother. My problem was that I didn’t understood correctly that if your plan expires your domain will still remain active. Now I understand that the plan does not affect the domain therefore, I will just wait for the plan to expire and then change it myself. Thank you once again for the reply and for bothering you.
