Downgrade my plan and fix errors and find a new theme

    Hi,
    I am receiving constant fatal errors on my business blog and want to downgrade it to a free plan, as I don’t use it much any more and it’s just a hobby. Every time I ask to downgrade it (WordPress says I need to contact support to do this) I just get taken to the forum page again.
    Also, my theme is out of date and has never been installed properly. Looking for something similar that is up to date,that displays boxes of blogged trips, good photography and a scrolling background image.

    Hi there!

    We can downgrade your site to the free plan, but you will lose all plugins and content created by those plugins. You’ll also need to switch to a free theme. The free plan doesn’t support a custom domain, so you won’t be able to use themountaingirlinme.com.au as the primary domain on the site, either.

    Please take a look at this link that explains additional details about downgrading from a plugin-enabled site. Could you confirm if you’re okay with all those changes? Perhaps you can switch to a different plan, like WordPress.com Premium or Personal? You can check out the plans’ pricing and their features here: https://wordpress.com/pricing

    You can also switch to a monthly billing option if you’d like to keep the Business plan.
