Downgrade my plan to personal.

Please can you downgrade my plan to personal, I am struggling to find a way to do it. I find the website hard to navigate on my phone. Thanks Victoria.

I’ve tagged your post with ‘modlook’ so you should receive a reply from staff soon.
They’ll be able to assist you with your plan change.Keep in mind, you also have access to 24/7 chat and email with your paid plan. While signed into your account on your phone, you should see a blue question mark at the bottom right corner of the screen. Click that and then ‘Contact us’ and it will start that process if you prefer a quicker response – rather than posting in the forums.

descendingangel.net is owned by the account descendingangel70. We’ll be happy to help you downgrade but we need the request to come from that account because it owns the upgrades.
It’s worth noting that Premium plan features (like unlimited premium themes and custom CSS) aren’t included on the Personal plan and will no longer work — premium themes are an additional cost on this plan.
Please log out of WordPress.com, then log back in with the username descendingangel70. You can either reply here or start a chat and we can look at the next steps :)
