Downgrade or cancel recently paid account created a few hours ago

  I opened a paid WordPress account a few hours ago ($99/yr). I since found a different, more effective way to get the website I want and would like to either:

  1. Downgrade to a “free” account, get a full refund, and keep the username, etc. If this is impossible, then…

  2. Delete the account and get a full refund.

  What’s the next step?
