Downgrade plan

  How do I downgrade my plan from Premium to Personal? I only need to keep the domain registration, not the rest of the plan features as blog is now hosted elsewhere. Plan is coming up for renewal.

  Note: The referenced link is not the domain incidentally. I am posting as a general question. It is a custom domain without the wordpress.com extension.
