Downgrade Plan

  Hello,

  I would like to downgrade my plan from Business to Premium.
  Your help center seems to be down and I cannot find an email or phone number anywhere.

  Hi there!

  It looks like your Business plan expires on January 29, 2024, so there’s quite a bit of time left in your plan. Would you like to turn off the auto-renewal and downgrade closer to the expiry date early next year? You can go to this link and toggle the auto-renewal off if you’d like.

  I’d also like to understand why you’d like to downgrade from Business to Premium. The Business plan features advanced functionality (like plugins and custom themes) that are not available on lower plans, and your site has a few plugins from what I see. Is there anything we can do to help keep your site on the Business plan?
