Downgrade Plan

  I do not see the benefit of the Explorer plan, I would like to downgrade back to the starter plan and get a refund. One of the reasons I chose the explorer plan was the live chat option but there is no access to the live chat option anywhere and the instructions provided on the website does not work. After hours of trying to figure this out on my own, all I’m finding is outdated information in the articles section. What a frustrating disappointment.

  I was able to successfully downgrade your plan and issue a refund for the plan upgrade. If you are having trouble accessing live-chat this means that all of our Happiness Engineers are busy assisting other users. If you check back after some time we will do our best to connect with you.
