Downgrade plan

    Hi there, I was tricked by WP UX into subscribing to a higher plan than what I actually needed. I need to ‘Starter’ option — not ‘Explorer’, which was the only option available when I clicked through to upgrade.

    This is sneaky business practice and I’m not impressed. Please downgrade my account to the ‘Starter’ plan and refund the differenc.

    Edit: I can’t submit an email support ticket, only post in forums, despite being a paying customer with a plan that allows for email support. Unbelievable.

    Since this purchase has a sales tax involved, would you prefer if we canceled the subscription and issued a full refund so that you can purchase the WordPress.com Starter plan again with the correct amount of sales tax charged? We’ll add the Starter plan to the cart for you so that you know you’re upgrading to the plan you want.
