  I would like to downgrade to the Creator plan. I am not selling a product so I do not need the tools that come with the entrepreneur plan.

  I see that you already canceled the Entrepreneur plan and upgraded to the Creator plan. The first payment for the Entrepreneur plan has already been refunded from our end. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

  Next, feel free to connect your existing domain, transfer it to WordPress.com, or register a new one if you don’t have a domain yet. You can also activate hosting features and install plugins or upload your own theme.
