Downgrade Plan

    Hi There,

    I recently purchased the Creator Plan and have discovered this is more than what we currently require.

    I would like to downgrade to the Explorer plan, and the guide says to contact support to do so.

    Please help, thank you.

    I can downgrade the plan for you. Please note that you’ll lose access to advanced hosting features like real-time automatic backups, SSH, SFTP, the ability to install plugins and upload third-party themes, and more.
