Downgrade Plan

    Hello,

    I’m reaching out if to see it is possible to downgrade from the business plan down to the personal plan.

    After exploring my options, I have decided that I all I really need was the custom domain and email address. I’m having trouble contacting any staff.

    The email doesn’t work and the neither does the live chat.

    I would like to downgrade my plan but it says to contact support, please help.
