Downgrade plans from premium to personal

  I’ve recently updated my website to a premium plan and I’m still within the 30 day refund period, I would like to downgrade the plan from premium to personal without loosing the domain. Is it possible?

  Hi trustingtheplants,

  No problem, I’ll be happy to help downgrade the plan. I noticed you added some custom CSS in My Sites > Customise > CSS — this will be removed when I downgrade you to the Personal plan. I just wanted to check you were happy to proceed before I make any changes.

  If you are are, just reply here and I’ll downgrade the plan (keeping the domain) as well as refund the difference between the two :)

  I went ahead and refunded £48 to you, removed the business plan, and added the personal plan to your account. I also connected trustingtheplants.com to your plan.

  Hi there,

  Refunds typically take around ten business days to appear on your bank/credit card statement, and that also depends on processing times at your bank. Given we have a few public holidays around the world this week and next week it might take a bit longer than usual, but your refund was properly issued on our end.

  If you don’t see the refund on your statement after two weeks, please contact your financial institution directly to follow up.

  I see that you have two premium plans on your account, but not business plans. Is it the premium plans you want to downgrade to personal?

  Excuse me, you are correct. Can i downgrade them and maintain their appearance, functionality, etc? I thought I read that they would not be impacted greatly by that.
