downgrade premium to personal

  Hi,

  I would like to downgrade my premium to personal. Can you explain what to do?

  Hi there rudynicoletti

  If you like to downgrade your plan.

  Steps:

  Go to “My Sites”
  Click on “Plan”
  Click on “Manage Plan”
  Then click on “Manage Payments”
  Scroll down and Click on “Remove WordPress.com Premium” at the bottom.

  Then you just complete the rest of the staff.

  I’ve downgraded rudynicoletti.net from the Premium plan to the Personal plan and your domain is bundled with the plan so the two will renew together.

  Hi rudynicoletti,

  Sorry, I forgot to mention that :) I’ve refunded the €48 you paid to upgrade and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, although international refunds outside the US can take a little longer.
