We can help you downgrade your plan, just would like to mention a few things:When downgrading, you’ll lose all the perks of plan Premium. If you’re using any premium theme, it will be changed to a free one. If you’ve added custom CSS, it will be removed. Just be prepared. You can manage your plans here:
Additionally, as a WordPress.com Premium plan subscriber, you have access to the livechat support team. And contacting them will likely be a faster way of helping you get your site up and running:

Unfortunately the link doesn’t work. I still can’t downgrade the plan lower than the premium plan. -

Additionally, have you tried live chat/support? You have it with your premium plan.

@kuferdoktora: You will need someone from WordPress.com support to downgrade your plan. Can you reach out here and they’ll be happy to assist you:

As @mishkausa noted, you have live chat support currently (English only) but they’ll be able to help you get sorted in real time since your plan and domain registration cancelled yesterday so you’ll want to get that back in place as soon as possible.
